Matthew Harrigan’s passion for this industry began at an early age, with hands-on experiences starting when he was just 12 years old. Over the years, he has personally designed interiors, developed architectural plans, and played an active role in the construction process. His involvement in every aspect of home designing and building has provided Matthew with a unique, in-depth understanding of the intricacies required to deliver beautifully functional homes at a large scale. Looking ahead, Matthew is focusing on sustainable design practices and equipping his team with knowledge of cutting-edge trends, including Passive House and the Living Building Challenge.

Rylan Harrigan

GENERAL MANAGER

Rylan Harrigan has been immersed in the design-build industry from an early age. Since joining Timeline Design + Build in 2017, his career has encompassed a variety of roles, including administrative work, sales, field experience, and estimating, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the business. As General Manager, Rylan plays a key role in every department, constantly working to elevate the client experience, optimize employee processes, and propel Timeline to new heights. Rylan’s shared passion for continuous learning and forward-thinking approaches with Matthew ensures that Timeline Design + Build remains a leader in crafting timeless, environmentally conscious homes.
