Estimator

Jason Daniels

A self-described “jack-of all-trades” kind of guy, however, at Timeline Design + Build they look at Jason more than just someone who can do passable work at various tasks. Jason has truly proven over the years to be a handy versatile person. Starting with framing in 2004 and building houses for years, then spending a decade learning and understanding different trades and how they are all intertwined and can affect one another is what prepared Jason for project management roles and his current position as Estimator.  With every project, Jason takes the time to vet and thoroughly understand all construction drawings, establishing comprehensive specifications and pricing as a result. Jason also acknowledges that every project has its own unique challenges that a good Estimator should attempt to uncover and plan for. When Jason is not working, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, surfing, exercising and spending time with his growing family.
