Architecture
The Lead Architect assesses client needs and suitability, develops plans, and coordinates with the drafting, estimating and interior design teams. This position is ideal for someone that desires to run an architecture firm without having to worry about the other business functions.
Design
Interior Designers at Timeline Design + Build represent a crucial component to our process. An Interior Designer is responsible for guiding clients through all interior design decisions and completing all design decisions prior to construction. A successful Interior Designer will maintain a happy, healthy client relationship and have a completed interior design plan set for the Production Department. If done correctly, the Interior Designer is setting up the Production Department for a successful job by minimizing confusion and delays.
Production
The project manager runs the day-to-day operations on the construction site and controls the schedule. The role of the project manager also includes important quality control, city and consultant interaction and subcontractor coordination responsibilities. The Project Manager plays a critical role in client services as an “ambassador” of Timeline Design+Build.
Responsible for the accurate, timely and safe construction of residential home construction projects. On-site job management. The Superintendent will also serve as an ambassador of Timeline Design + Build and help maintain the client relationship.
The Lead Carpenter position is a hands-on, on-site position. This position requires high-quality skills and one must be a reliable team player. We are looking for people who take a lot of pride in their work and want the best outcome for our homeowners.
