Years in Businses
A Brief History
It all started with a need, the need for a better construction process. After seeing and hearing the countless horror stories of projects taking much longer than committed to, and budgets exorbitantly more than clients’ expectations, Matthew Harrigan set out to build a better construction model.
Matthew started his career when he was just 14 years old building cabinets for customers in his parents’ garage. He then studied civil engineering at Santa Clara University and Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego, before deciding to go into business for himself. He attained a certification as an Interior Designer and became a California licensed General Building Contractor.
Fast forward to present day, and we have completed over 700 residential projects, and are known for incredible creative designs and craftsmanship. In addition to building custom homes and remodels, we also consult with homeowners and realtors providing feasibility studies to their clients prior to the purchase of homes and land.
To this day, clients are pleasantly surprised to learn about the Timeline difference, and enjoy a less stressful construction process. Each of our client’s homes is treated as our own. Our unique process allows us to deliver a top-quality product in the least amount of time, with the least disruption to clients’ lives.
At Timeline we are proud to stand in contrast to the nightmare stories of contractors who fail to return phone calls, do inferior work, and disappear when you need them most. We attribute our success to making and keeping commitments to clients and executing projects on time and within budget.
