When Matthew Harrigan began Timeline Design in 1990, his goal was to organize every detail of each project prior to commencement. Matthew’s passion for engineering, architecture, design and good business practices bring a unique design and construction expertise to clients. Our unique process allows Timeline Design to deliver a top quality product in the least amount of time, with the least disruption to client’s lives. Today, the entire staff at Timeline Design is committed to fulfilling Matthew’s mission of “On Time and On Budget.”

In addition to having an excellent staff and a time-tested process, throughout the years, we have established strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, city and county building employees, and many others, all of whom respect and understand our commitment to our clients and are well aware of our demanding standards.

Timeline Design is proud to stand in contrast to the nightmare stories of contractors who fail to return phone calls, do inferior work, and disappear when you need them most. Timeline Design attributes the years of success to making and keeping commitments to clients and executing projects on time, within budget.
